ABA of North Texas is dedicated to providing the highest quality service for children and young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. The focus is always on client achievement in all aspects of their lives.
ABA of North Texas wants payment clearly established so the focus can be placed on your child’s continued improvement. ABA of North Texas accepts cash, checks, credit cards and insurance reimbursements to be applied to a client’s balance.
You are Responsible for Payment:
Before starting the evaluation and therapy process, we want to make sure you understand that you are responsible for payment of services. ABA of North Texas has clients who pay privately, clients who file their own claims and clients who request assistance from our staff in the claims process. ABA of North Texas currently contracts with an insurance billing service familiar with ABA therapy and the difficulties in filing claims and receiving reimbursement. You are the party receiving the services and you are responsible for payment. Assistance with an appeal to help families receive reimbursement from insurance may be provided by ABA of North Texas. In the event that you do experience difficulty with reimbursement, we strongly encourage you to contact your Human Resource Department as well as the insurance company to express your concerns. Insurance companies are much more responsive to you, as their customer. You can also make a difference in coverage in the future by lobbying with your Human Resources Department.
If you cannot secure coverage, ABA of North Texas will be happy to provide services as a private private client. Private pay therapy is considered a medical expense for tax purposes and you are provided with detailed information for your records upon request.
ABA of North Texas is in the process of obtaining in-network provider status with insurance companies in Texas. Pease be patient with us as we work toward this status.
Our priority is helping your child achieve in all aspects of their lives!
